The Office on Aging has a contract with the Legal Aid Bureau to provide assistance and advice on the following services to persons aged 60-plus: assistance with obtaining or securing benefits, consumer issues, private and public housing issues, and the Health Care Decision Act. These services are available to persons under 60 if they meet income criteria.
