Our outpatient facility is conveniently located at 229 W Main St Salisbury, MD 21801. Our ASAM 3.1 houses and recovery houses are located in downtown Salisbury within walking distance to, shopping, medical facilities and transportation. The Homes4Hope organization was developed in 2017 with their first recovery house in Salisbury MD. Within 5 years the organization grew to include: two ASAM 3.1 Low Intensity Residential Treatment programs, two level II recovery houses and an outpatient facility providing mental health, substance use counseling, and medication management (coming soon). Throughout the growth of the organization, Homes4Hope is steadfast in its commitment to provide the best care possible for their clients in a calming homelike environment.
