Diabetes Prevention Program


Prevent T2 is a yearlong program.  It is designed for people with prediabetes or those at risk for Type 2 diabetes and want to lower their risk.  The goal of the program is to lose at least 5 to 7% of your body weight and get at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week.

Eligibility Requirements

People who have prediabetes or are at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes.

There is no cost for this program.
