Care Net Pregnancy Center of Southern Maryland offers free pregnancy tests, sonograms to confirm a pregnancy, STI/STD testing, material support, and more. All of our services are free and confidential (no insurance required); simply call or stop by any one of our Centers.
Care Net offers a variety of Earn While You Learn classes. These are classes that teach parenting or other life skills and allow the participant to earn "dollars" that are spendable on brand new items in our boutiques. Boutique items include brand new clothing, baby equipment, baby supplies and sometimes gift cards.
Our centers offer client advocacy and accurate information about all pregnancy options; however we do not offer or refer for abortion services, including the morning after pill.
