The College of Southern Maryland provides low/no-cost Adult Basic Education (ABE), GED Preparation, and English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction in Charles, Saint Mary's, and Calvert counties. An alternative to the GED program is the National External Diploma Program (NEDP) also offered in all three counties.
