Healthy Beginnings

This program assists pregnant women with a history of substance use disorder and/or mental health issues. The program provides education on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care. A nurse provides support and case management services. The goal is to have a healthy mother & baby with the mother-to-be and nurse working together as a team. Services are at no cost to the mother-to-be and funded by the Maryland Community Health Resource Commission.
