Calvert Concept for Housing and Reconciliation (C4)

The Calvert Concept for Housing and Reconciliation aims to change generations of financial hardships into generations of financial security through home or business ownership. It focuses on public servants, descendants of enslaved people, Native Americans still residing on traditional lands and seniors whose resources have been diminished by service to others.
