Three Oaks Center (TOC)

Three Oaks Center is a nonprofit organization that offers housing and stabilization services to homeless and at-risk individuals and families in need. Three Oaks has broadened its mission from providing emergency shelter for homeless men to rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing for men, women and children. The organization also offers dedicated support for victims of domestic violence, focuses attention on veterans' needs and identifies at-risk populations to prevent homelessness through early intervention.

Programs for Veterans

Three Oaks Center now offers case management and limited financial assistance for veterans and their families to help end or prevent homelessness.  Three Oaks Center’s case advocates provide an organized, structured method for moving participants through the process of change and toward the goal of self-sufficiency.
