We provide preventive, diagnostic, emergency and restorative oral health care to adults and children who are uninsured. A moderate fee is requested.
Services include: exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, deep cleaning, digital x-rays, resin fillings, root canal, crowns, bridge, dentures, dental implants and extractions.
Emergency exams and dental treatments available as Walk-In at 8:30am.
Eligibility Requirements
Please bring the following documents to your first visit:
1. Valid photo ID
2. Household Proof of Income (income tax, pay stubs, letter from employer, etc.)
3. Proof of Address (utility bill, cable bill, bank statement, etc.)
