Eligibility Requirements

Must be a Calvert County resident with a valid Medical Assistance Card. A brief telephone screening will be conducted to determine eligibility for the program.
The Calvert County Health Department Medical Assistance (MA) Transportation Program will require 48 business hours notice for medical transportation requests. The 48 hours do not include weekends and holidays.
